In true diva fashion, I am extremely particular about which freebies make it onto the blog. Obviously, I cannot wait for every freebie to arrive in my mailbox before I pass it along to you since the offer would likely be expired by then. What I can do is promise not to post anything that wastes your time with survey after survey, post items from trusted sources, and avoid "fishy" looking freebies. This is what separates The Freebie Diva from other free sample sites.

Until this week Adperk was in the "fishy" category for me until my copies of Good Housekeeping began arriving! Now I am passing this along to you.

Adperk

The basic concept is that you watch video advertisements that are worth a certain amount of points depending on the video length. When you have enough points accumulated, you are able to receive a magazine subscription from the list of available choices. I earned my 12 month Good Housekeeping subscription in about 20 minutes. The key is that you can't really just start playing a video then leave the computer in order to multitask. After the video has ended, you have 30 seconds to enter the displayed code. This lets Adperk know that you didn't abandon the computer. If you fail to enter the code within 30 seconds, you must watch the video over again in order to get a new code.
